TeaVilla Cafe' Indore

Tea Villa Café, Indore.

Ensconced within heart of the South Tukoganj neighbourhood in Indore lies the newest entrant in the Tea Villa Café family. Adhering to a Wes Andersen-esque aesthetic, the 2500 sq. ft space includes indoor, outdoor and mezzanine level seating, that can seat up to 140 patrons. The mezzanine level consists of a community table that can seat up to 25 people. The ground floor has a live tea counter, which is the element central to the café.

The café centres around the concept of ‘Pastel Wonderland’, which involves the use of a palette of pastel shades juxtaposed with gold and dark green, to create a photo-worthy space. There is a recurring use of Arches as a design element throughout the space. Arched fenestrations in the façade act as framing elements between the interior and the exterior of the café. The subtlety of terrazzo flooring used further adds onto the scheme. The most striking element is the parametric ombre ceiling, constructed of PVC pipes of varying lengths, which creates drama as it engulfs the central column.

The café is an amalgamation of playful elements, the result of which makes it an instagrammable candy land!
